TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Starkguard regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
